Pop-up Parties & Picnics

I combine my love of party planning, creative décor, and hosting to bring you and your guests a unique and unforgettable experience. 

It is my pleasure to provide a priceless and beautiful tablescape…all you need to do is show up and enjoy the moment!  I will take care of setup and clean up. Let’s party!

*At this time I am not licensed to provide food or drink besides water, but I am hopeful this will be an option in the future. YAY!

Pop-Up Parties & Picnics

  • All picnics include:

    Set-up and tear-down

    Low picnic table

    Dinnerware (plate, silverware, goblet, cloth napkin)

    Pillows

    Table décor (fresh flowers additional)

    Bluetooth speaker

    Customized chalkboard sign

    Wastebasket

    Water bottles

    Blankets as needed

    Bug spray and sunscreen as needed

    Bucket with ice upon request

    2-hour time limit

    *Children’s picnics will include paper/plastic dinnerware

  • 2 guests - $100

    3-4 guests - $125

    5-7 guests - $160

    9-10 guests - $175

    The cost includes 2 hours of picnic time. Additional hours can be added for $25/hr

  • Yes! For picnics or parties outside of Humboldt, IA, there will be a mileage charge plus payment for my time. Message me for an estimate!

  • Our weather here sure is unpredictable! A stormy forecast? I will contact you 24 hours in advance to make a final decision.

    Option 1: Move your picnic inside (there will be a mileage/travel charge to any location outside of Humboldt).

    Option 2: We can reschedule your picnic to a different available date!

  • Due to the time and planning that goes into creating each special event, I only accept cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. After that, I reserve the right to keep your deposit as a credit toward a future booking. We can definitely reschedule your party, subject to availability.
